By accessing or using the website and services of Arkwell Intake LLC ("Arkwell"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Arkwell provides legal intake and client acquisition services to law firms, including retainer delivery, full campaign management, and overflow/after-hours call coverage. Arkwell is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice.
All signed retainers are subject to partner approval before payment is triggered. Partners have a 48-hour rejection window from delivery. Rejected retainers incur no charge. Payment terms are Net 15 from invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Arkwell operates in compliance with applicable state regulations and bar advertising rules. Our agents never give legal advice, never tell callers whether they have a case, and never predict case outcomes. All intake is conducted under attorney supervision. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and billing verification.
Arkwell maintains the confidentiality of all client and caller information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Service agreements include a no-circumvention clause with 24-month post-termination protection. Violations are subject to liquidated damages as specified in the applicable service agreement.
Arkwell's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the partner in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Arkwell is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Arkwell Intake LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Arkwell reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
